Fun Flip is our annual recreational meet to which we invite our Junior Gymnasts to showcase skills they have learnt in a friendly, competition-style format.

How does it work?
We divide the children by age group, and each group competes in a separate session which is subdivided in squads to rotate through the various apparatus: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Each session usually lasts 2 hours, depending on the number of children registered.
The "Judges" will be our senior coaches from the competitive programme. It's a wonderful opportunity to identify who may be ready to join the competitive team.
All participants will receive a certificate with their scores, a participation ribbon, and a goodie bag. The Top 3 Gymnasts per session will receive medals (gold, silver, bronze).
