Fun Flip is our annual recreational meet to which we invite our Junior Gymnasts to showcase skills they have learnt in a friendly, competition-style format. You'll notice us starting to teach the skill sequences (routines) in the coming weeks.

How does it work?
We divide the children by age group, and each group competes in a separate session which is subdivided in squads to rotate through the various apparatus: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Each session usually lasts 2 hours, depending on the number of children registered.
The "Judges" will be our senior coaches from the competitive programme. It's a wonderful opportunity to identify who may be ready to join the competitive team.
All participants will receive a certificate with their scores, a participation ribbon, and a goodie bag. The Top 3 Gymnasts per session will receive medals (gold, silver, bronze).
